Tourette
Syndrome is often accompanied by one or more
other conditions or disorders. ADD (or
attention deficit disorder) and ADHD (attention
deficit hyperactivity disorder) are two of the
most common disorders associated with Tourette
Syndrome. Obsessive compulsive disorder,
or OCD, is also experienced by many children and
adults who have Tourette Syndrome.
Combined, Tourette Syndrome, ADHD (or ADD) and
OCD are commonly referred to by neurologists as
the Tourette Trifecta.
Since
many of our website visitors have ADHD or ADD in
combination with their Tourette Syndrome, we are
please to provide more extensive information
